Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy explains how Thyrsus handles pre-orders, restock orders, estimated fulfillment dates, cancellations, returns, and the exclusive Member Pre-Order Price. By placing a pre-order or restock order, you acknowledge the terms below.

1. Pre-orders and restock orders

A pre-order is an order placed for a product before it is ready for immediate shipment. A restock order is an order placed for a product that is temporarily out of stock but available to purchase while replenishment is underway.

Pre-orders and restock orders follow the same fulfillment, cancellation, delay, and return rules described in this policy unless a product page or checkout disclosure expressly states otherwise.

2. Exclusive Member Pre-Order Price

Eligible subscribed members may be offered an exclusive Member Pre-Order Price during a designated pre-order period. This is a promotional price available only when expressly shown or communicated as a member pre-order offer. It is not a guarantee that the product will never be offered at another promotional price in the future.

An item purchased at the exclusive Member Pre-Order Price becomes final sale for change-of-mind purposes after the 24-hour cancellation period described below. This special condition is part of receiving the member offer.

3. Payment

The payment schedule shown at checkout applies to your order. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment is collected when the order is placed. Placing an order reserves the item and may allow Thyrsus to begin production, sourcing, or inventory allocation.

4. Estimated fulfillment and delivery

Each pre-order or restock product should display an estimated dispatch or fulfillment window on its product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation. These dates are good-faith estimates based on the information available when the order is placed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders containing both available and pre-order or restock items may ship separately, or may be held until all items are ready. Any applicable shipping options or charges will be shown at checkout or communicated to you.

5. Cancellations within 24 hours

You may request cancellation of a pre-order or restock order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund of the affected product purchase price to the original payment method.

To request cancellation, email support@thyrsuslife.com as soon as possible and include your order number. A cancellation is not complete until confirmed by Thyrsus.

6. Cancellations after 24 hours

For a pre-order or restock item purchased at the regular price, cancellation requests after 24 hours are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

For an item purchased at the exclusive Member Pre-Order Price, change-of-mind cancellation is not available after 24 hours. Thyrsus may, at its discretion, offer store credit as a goodwill resolution, but store credit is not guaranteed and a cash refund is not available for change-of-mind requests except where required by law.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

7. Delays and inability to fulfill

If we become unable to ship within the stated fulfillment window, we will provide a revised estimate and explain the available options. You may accept the revised timing or cancel the affected unshipped item for a full refund to the original payment method.

If Thyrsus cannot fulfill an item, we will cancel the affected item and issue a full refund to the original payment method. These rights apply regardless of whether the item was purchased at the regular price or the exclusive Member Pre-Order Price.

8. Returns after delivery

Regular-price pre-order and restock items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Items purchased at the exclusive Member Pre-Order Price are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or cash refunds. In limited circumstances, Thyrsus may choose to offer an exchange or store credit for an unworn, unused item in its original condition, with its original label and packaging. Any such accommodation is discretionary and must be approved before the item is sent back.

9. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Final-sale restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, has a confirmed manufacturing defect, is incorrect, is missing from the order, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law. Please contact support@thyrsuslife.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include repair, replacement, store credit, or a full refund to the original payment method. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for additional instructions.

10. Product details and natural variation

Because Thyrsus pieces may involve hand-finishing and natural materials, including pearls, shells, and stones, subtle variations in color, shape, surface, and proportion may occur. These natural or handcrafted variations are not ordinarily considered defects.

If a necessary production change would materially alter the product you ordered, we will contact you before fulfillment and explain your available options.

11. Communications

Updates will be sent to the email address provided with the order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate and for reviewing messages concerning revised fulfillment dates or other order decisions.

12. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in the jurisdiction where you live. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that law will apply.

13. Relationship to our Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies specifically to pre-order and restock items. Our general Return & Refund Policy also applies except where this Pre-Order Policy states a more specific rule. If the two policies differ in relation to an exclusive Member Pre-Order Price, this Pre-Order Policy governs to the extent permitted by law.
