Thyrsus Limited Warranty
We stand behind the finish and construction of every Thyrsus piece. Our warranty covers premature color loss and the loss of stones, pearls, crystals, or other decorative components resulting from normal wear under proper care.
Craftsmanship Warranty. Thyrsus warrants eligible jewelry against covered manufacturing and craftsmanship defects from the original purchase date. The coverage period is two years for brass, stainless steel, sterling silver, resin, freshwater pearl, mother of pearl/shell, and imitation pearl pieces, and one year for rattan and textile pieces. Coverage is subject to the exclusions and remedies stated in this Limited Warranty.
Color Warranty. Thyrsus warrants eligible jewelry against premature or abnormal color or finish loss from the original purchase date under normal wear and care. The coverage period is two years for stainless steel pieces and one year for brass pieces. Sterling silver, resin, pearl, shell, rattan, textile, and other non-qualifying materials are not covered by the Color Warranty. Coverage is subject to the care requirements, exclusions, and remedies stated in this Limited Warranty.

COLOR WARRANTY — WHAT IS COVERED
Thyrsus covers qualifying color or finish failure occurring within the applicable warranty period, including:
- substantial or unusually early loss of the plated finish;
- visible peeling or flaking of the plated surface;
- substantial discoloration inconsistent with ordinary wear; and
- other finish failure determined to result from the original materials or finishing process rather than external damage.
COLOR WARRANTY — WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The Color Warranty does not cover:
- ordinary fading or gradual finish wear from normal use;
- scratches, scuffs, dents, or abrasion;
- wear concentrated on high-friction areas such as ring undersides, edges, chains, clasps, or surfaces repeatedly rubbing against skin or other objects;
- natural tarnishing, oxidation, or patina of sterling silver, brass, or other materials where applicable;
- discoloration or finish damage caused by perfume, cosmetics, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products, chlorine, bleach, salt water, or other chemicals;
- damage caused by excessive moisture, prolonged perspiration, improper storage, or failure to follow the published care instructions;
- damage caused by impact, misuse, alteration, or repair that caused the claimed finish failure;
- loss or theft of the jewelry.
CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY — WHAT IS COVERED
Thyrsus covers manufacturing or assembly failures occurring during the applicable warranty period, including:
- soldered joints separating under ordinary use;
- clasps or closures failing because of a manufacturing defect;
- stones, pearls, charms, or other components becoming detached because their original setting or attachment failed;
- posts, connectors, links, stitching, or structural attachments failing because of defective workmanship; and
- other structural failures determined to result from the way the piece was originally made.
CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY — WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The Craftsmanship Warranty does not cover:
- ordinary wear and aging;
- surface scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear;
- chains, posts, rings, components, textile, or rattan damaged through pulling, crushing, bending, snagging, or impact;
- broken or chipped stones, pearls, shell, resin, or other components caused by impact or abrasion;
- stretching, fraying, staining, fading, fiber wear, or deformation resulting from ordinary use of textile or rattan;
- loss of a product or removable component;
- damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning or storage, chemicals, excessive moisture, or failure to follow applicable care instructions;
- alterations or repairs to the extent that the alteration or repair caused the claimed damage.
