What is your return policy?

Although we believe in our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we understand that there will just be cases where you need to return the products (beloved by us). Thus, we strive to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. We accept returns within 14 to 30 days of delivery. See which case is eligible for each return window, see HERE. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

For US region:

Standard delivery: arrive 5-10 days after dispatch.
Economy delivery: arrive 5-8 days after dispatch.
Express: arrive 3-5 days after dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide, and are customs duties covered?

For now, we ship only to US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We will start worldwide shipping very soon. Stay tuned in for the drops in your area. For customs duties, there is none for US orders. For Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, duties, if there's any, will be calculated at checkout.

ARE YOUR PIECES TARNISH FREE AND WATER PROOF?

Short answer: some are. At Thyrsus, we don't brag our pieces for something they don't have. Our 316L surgical grade stainless steel are water-proof and tarnish-resistant; solid gold plated brass and sterling silver pieces, with solid and thick plating, are warranted to keep the color for at least 1 year under proper care.

WILL YOUR PIECES TURN MY SKIN GREEN? ARE THEY HYPOALLERGENIC?

Short answer: our products will not turn your skin green ; ) Plus, they are all hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin, and good looking.

SIZING & FIT

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

For rings, we generally offer US size 4-9. For necklaces and bracelets, we offer adjustable lengths. Please be sure to refer to the size listing and recommendation we listed out HERE for more specific information.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE?
